What Optimization is?
The optimization consists to make more effective the body and mind and so to give better results for the individual within the framework of its life experiment. The latter is not obligatory but is strongly recommended in the practise of Shandarism.
Shandarian technology
This optimization is practised through a principal tool which is the Shandarian technology. What’s that this technology? This is quite simply a package of technique and principles for improvement of the body and mind. The latter gathers 3 great disciplines which are hygienism, spiritualism and the mentalism. The hygienism aims at maintaining the body, soul vehicle, in the fitness and wellbeing. Spiritualism as for it aims to better understanding and directing of life experiment. At last, the mentalism aims to mobilize and use the full resources and capacity of the mind.
Feedbacks
What a Feedback is? A Feedback is a retroaction. I.e a reaction in return of given action. In Shandarism the feedbacks are the results of the techniques and knowledge put into practice, into application. They are direct effects like indirect of the application of Shandarian technology on its user. It exist 2 types of feedback, the feedbacks positive and the negative ones.
1- The positive feedbacks are retroactions generating an evolution of the conscience toward the realization of its ascension. I.e. leading to personal growth of individual. A personal development leading to knowledge, interior peace, the fitness and well-being. The latter are the result and the witness of correct application of Shandarian Technology.
2- The negative feedbacks are retroactions generating the contrary direction in the realization of ascension. There is no personal growth but a stagnation where a regression of the individual. That fatally will have the opposite effect involving stress and tensions, bad being. Some negative effects on the user which will vary according to their psychology and their antecedents and lifestyle. The negative feedbacks are never the result of bad luck but always the consequence of a misuse of the Shandarian technology.
