Principles and Applications

The Central Practice

The central practice of Shandarism is established on the “life experiment”. This latter consists to live its life to learn the lessons from the existence and so to grow and progress towards its goal. This mechanism of improvement-progression is called “the Ascension”. There are no prayer, veneration, incantation and other rites to be achieved as in the traditional religions. One must realize its own experience of life only. Nothing Else

Optimize the life experiment

Experiment of life is the central practise of Shandarism. However the latter can be optimized and conduct by principles and exercises of body and mind. Optimization is realized by combination of tool and technique called “Shandarian Technology”. It is based on 3 principal exercises which are hygienism, spiritualism and the mentalism. The Principles of life as for them, they are attached to the experiment of life but although belonging to optimization. At last, in the practice of Shandarism, optimization is not a duty but it is strongly advised.

An empirical exercise

The practice of Shandarism can be regarded as an empirical exercise. I.e an exercise based on the experiment and not on the theory or the belief. Thus Shandarism put the emphasis on the practice and not on the faith. It is 95% of practice against 5% of ideology. This provision has 2 vocations, to limit the fanaticism of some and to keep the reason of the spirit to limit sectarianism. Here, the belief is not fundamental, and many of Shandarian after their instruction generally make abstraction of it to concentrate on the experiment and knowledge. Consequently it must understand that what unifies Shandarians between them is not a common belief as in the other religions, but the personal growth of the individual as well as the way allowing to reach the latter. This is a spiritual model completely different.

The non-promise

The Shandarism does not promise absolutely anything to all those who takes its way, neither salvation of the soul nor spiritual rewards. Because the person has to make his own efforts for improves. In the life, you get nothing for nothing. This is named non-promise. One does not speak about promise nor of salvation, but of capacity. The Shandarism allows developing a capacity with those who use it but promise nothing for its development. These capacities are personal growth, spiritual and cultural improvement of individual, a better life through the fitness, the wellbeing and finally the development of the powers of the thought.
